Each Slimwallet is crafted from premium European leather and features our flagship Cardprotector product. With a simple pull of the bottom clasp, all your credit cards, bank cards, and Octopus cards slide out in a stacked arrangement for ultimate convenience.
The Cardprotector in Slimwallet, a winner of the German Red Dot Design Award, effectively blocks external scanning of smart cards inside the wallet. Even when the wallet is slid out for normal use, it significantly reduces radio frequency signals, ensuring your privacy and allowing you to use your credit and bank cards with confidence.
The Slimwallet and Miniwallet offer the same functionality and layout, with one model having buttons and the other not. Maintenance and repair services
We offer a free wallet warranty period of three to five years from the date of purchase for customers in-store, online, and at authorized retailers. If necessary, please bring your electronic or physical receipt to our store for repairs, which take as little as a few minutes, depending on the situation. For all other customers or those whose warranty period has expired, a HK$150 repair fee will be charged.
All items are non-refundable. If you require an exchange, please bring the item and receipt to our store within seven days of receipt. Please ensure the item is new and unused. In the event of any dispute, our decision is final. Please note that items with engraved text or designs are not exchangeable. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Delivery Service
Free shipping for orders over $300 in Hong Kong and Macau. For orders under $300, the shipping fee is $30.
Shipping to mainland China costs $50, typically delivered via SF Express. Please note that customs duties may apply, with the specific rate varying depending on the product. If applicable, the recipient is responsible for any applicable duties. Customs may conduct random inspections of parcels; if selected, the recipient will be required to provide proof of purchase and other documentation.
